"Worst Experience & Customer Service! Only gave 1 star, because 0 was not an option. Due to error and lack of follow through from agent my auto draft was not set up. Took initial payment and admitted she forgot to send preauthorization form, so the next payments weren't drafted. Finance companies charge an absurd amount for forced place insurance. JW Web refuses to resolve their mistake by allowing me to pay and send finance company proof of no lapse. I pay $130 a month for ins. Now I'm being forced to pay $1800 for two months. I guess customer service and accountability do not exist here?! How do you let someone else pay for your mistake??"
